The Nordlet Open Forum is a one day conference on September 18 and is arranged in connection to the SC36 plenary meeting in Umeå (September 19-25, 2009). The theme for the conference is ICT, Competency and how this is related to the educational systems and is open for everyone.

The main target groups for the conference are researchers, teachers and policy makers. The Nordlet Open Forum is organized by Nordlet (The Nordic Baltic Community for Open Education). Visit http://www.iml.umu.se/nordlet/ for more information.
